By the signing of maintenance release by qualified person or AME
What is Elementary work?
Elementary work is work that does not require a maintenance release signed by an AME
How must Elementary work be documented if signature not required by AME?
Work must be detailed in technical records accompanied by signature of person who did the work
For a commercially registered Aircraft who can complete Elementary work?
Elementary work can only be completed by someone who has been trained by qualified AME and must be supervised through first procedure
How must an abnormal occurrence be inspected?
Aircraft must be inspected by qualified person. If no disassembly required, it may be performed by PIC
Who is responsible for determining if AC is safe for flight?
