Is there a limit for RPM split?
A
On the ground, there is no limit. In flight when RPMs are greater than 2250, the rpm split warning will illuminate when the difference is greater than 400 RPM for 30 seconds. If engines are both providing sufficient power to maintain commanded altitude and all other engine instruments are within normal ranges, the continue mission.

What do you do when you exceed an operational/system limit?
A
First RTB. Anytime an operational limit is exceeded, an appropriate entry shall be made in the logbook. Each entry shall state what limit or limits were exceeded, range, time beyond limits, and any additional data that would aid maintenance personnel in the maintenance action that may be required.
