Question 1

Possible symptoms:

1. Known or suspected aircraft damage.
2. Abnormal vibrations.

Answer 1

KNOWN OR SUSPECTED AIRCRAFT DAMAGE/ABNORMAL VIBRATIONS

Corrective Action:

1. 200-FT CHECKLIST - COMPLETE.

If SEVERE vibrations and/or drastically altered flight characteristics:
2. LAND/DITCH IMMEDIATELY.

If MODERATE vibrations:
2. LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

If SLIGHT vibrations of unknown origin or aircraft damage is suspected:
2. land as soon as practicable.

Question 2

Symptom:

1. Windscreen crack evident.

Answer 2

WINDSCREEN CRACKS

Corrective action:

1. cruise airspeed - 70 knots maximum.
2. if arcing on windscreen is noticed - secure windscreen anti-ice.

If both inner and outer panes on windscreen are cracked:
3. land as soon as practicable.

If either inner or outer windscreen is cracked:
3. abort mission.
