Q

What is machine learning ?

A

Machine learning is a branch of the broader AI field that uses statistics models to develop predictions

ML has the ability to learn without being explicitly told to do so

ML uses algorithms that take empirical or historic data in, analyses and generates outputs based on analysis

Q

What are the three different forms of deep learning?

A

supervised learning: correct answers given for each example, software is trained on a set of data inputs and outputs with a goal of learning a general rule that maps given inputs to given outputs.

Unsupervised learning: correct answers are not given, learning algorithm not given guidance, works to solve problem on its own

Reinforcement: occasional rewards, will confront problem in dynamic environment, as it worked towards goal , it will receive feedback which will reinforce learning
