Service Level Agreement (SLA)
A
- Minimum terms of a service provider.
- Sets the requirements for things such as uptime or availability.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
A
- Provide general broad goals when two companies are working together.
- Not an official contract.

A
- Comes after MOU, provides more detail
- Describes the relationship between the two organizations.
- Legally binding information within the document.

Master Service Agreement (MSA)
A
- For organizations continuing to work with another organization.
- A legal contract that sets the terms between the two organizations.
- Sets up of a framework for additional work in the future.

Work Order (WO) / Statement of Work (SOW)
A
- A detail break down of what services will be provided and when.
- Used in conjunction with MSA

A
- Information shared between two organizations must be confidential.
- Allows two organizations to speak freely without worrying that the information will be accessed by outside sources.

- One way NDA, only one organization is required to maintain confidentiality.

- Mutual NDA, involving more than one organization.

- A document that outlines stake of ownership as part of the agreement.
- Also details how the business will run with this partnership
- Details contingencies if any issues between the organization occur
