Person adequately clothed

What is a delusion of erotomania?
Delusion that someone of higher status is in love with them
What is the difference between insight and judgement
Judgement is the management of a patients symptoms eg acting on delusions
Insight is appreciating of presence of illness, and need for treatment
What type of psychosis do you often get in delirium?
Visual hallucinations
Simple persecutory delusions
What types of psychosis do you often get in dementia?
Morbid jealousy
Misinterpretation and misidentification
What is a partition delusion?
The belief that someone is living in one’s walls
What is phantom borders?
The belief that someone is living in the roof
What is late and very late onset schizophrenia? What is characteristic of them?
Late: >45 years old
Very late: >65
Hallucination in more than one modality eg I could hear, see, and smell the poison gas
