3 strategies to improve recovery from exercise

A
  1. Cool down - Lower heart rate and body temperature
  2. Rehydration - To replace the fluids when you loose sweat and maintain normal body function.
  3. Refuelling - Enhances performance, improves co-ordination and maximises gains to training.
