I’m very much into modernist and even futuristic buildings. I love architects who can create something iconic without relying on the styles of the past.

Are there any buildings in your city that you don’t like?

A

Yes, there’s one in particular that I really hate. It’s a futuristic monstrosity in the city centre that was built a few years ago. I can’t belive the developres got plannin permission for it - it sticks out like a sore thumb!
