SOP 01.09.01
1.) Incidents involving injuries to firefighters, on duty county employees, or county volunteers which require hospitalizations or result in death
2.) Inc. inv. civilian burn injuries which require hospitalization or resulting in death.
3.)Inc. inv. four or more sig. injuries or death
4.) Inc. inv. two or more traumatic deaths
5.) Inc. inv. drowning
6.) Inc. with property damage exceeding $100,000
7.) FRD apparatus damage exceeding $50,000
8.) Inc. inv. any FFX county Park Authority or School Board property including vehicles
