What are comparative adjectives?
A
- Formed by adding ‘er’ to the adjective or following the word ‘more’ with an adjective
- Used to compare differences between the 2 objects they modify
- Older, more dangerous, larger, smaller, faster, higher

What are superlative adjectives?
A
- Formed by adding ‘set’ to the adjective or following the word ‘most’ with an adjective
- Used to describe an object which is at the upper or lower limit of a quality
- Biggest, most important, tallest, smallest, fastest, highest
