Pendulum ex.
Immobilization in a sling.
PROM in all pain-free ranges
CONTROLLED MOTION PHASE 4-10 Months:
Remove sling
AROM (self-assisted)
RETURN TO FUNCTION PHASE 2-24 Months:
Increase flexibility + strength - prepare for function.
