A

Temporary hypernasality (up to 50%), permanent resonance disorder due to VPD=1/1500

A

cleft or family history of cleft, submucous cleft, history of nasal regurgitation or sucking difficulty, history of neuromotor dysfunction, moderate-severe phonological delay, marginal VP function
