A narrow, conical tunnel located in the thigh

Name the borders of the canal
A
Anterior - sartorius
Lateral - vastus medialis
Posterior - adductor longus and adductor Magnus
Apex is marked by adductor hiatus

Contents of adductor canal
A
Femoral artery
Femoral vein
Nerve to vastus medialis
Saphenous nerve (largest cutaneous branch of the femoral nerve)
As the femoral artery and vein exit the canal, they become the popliteal artery and vein.
