  1. Physical/Functional Status: ROM, MMT, sensation, coord, startle reaction, transfer status
  2. Cognition/Behavior: Memory, attention, problem solving, divided attention, exec skills, insight , judgment, ability to benefit from instruction, frustration tolerance, level of cooperation, motivation
  3. Vision/Perception: Visual acuity & Horizontal visual fields. Oculomotor skills: eye alignment, eye ROM, visual tracking. Contrast sensitivity, bilateral visual awareness, depth & color perception. Useful Field of View. VIsual perception tests
