Oxygen (sit-up) - 15L/min non-rebreather

Salbutamol (neb) - back to back
Hydrocortisone (IV) / Prednisolone (oral)
Ipratropium (neb) (4-6 hourly)
Theophylline (senior input)

Magnesium sulphate (one off before theo)
Escalate (ICU)
