Hx - lying still, prostration, board-like rigidity, guarding, +ve cough test (causes flinching or guarding) and tenderness to palpation (+/- rebound/percussion pain)?

+/- generalised: absent bowel sounds and shock (↑RR, ↑HR, ↓BP)

check amylase - can be similar to acute pancreatitis
