Master Customer Number
6 character identifier associated with a specific company and assigned to customer orders and bills. SOme customers have one MCN, others have multiple MCNs

Standard Industrial Classification
Identifies the type of business performed by the customer
Enterprise ID
Unique bCI identifier assigned to the designated Enterprise. bCI’s Enterprise process brings together the Duns corporate structure and the SAART billing structure.

SOW
Statement of Work (SOW) constitutes an offer by AT&T to perform the services described within the agreement document, including key tasks and work plan.
Location Key
Is a unique customer identifier assigned to bCI customers by the Avatar name and address matching process. A Location Key is based on the customer’s location address
