Define an ACRA incident
A
- Child below the age of criminal responsibility
- Causes or risks causing…
- Significant or serious physical, psychological or sexual harm or damage to another person
Significant harm - injury results in suffering and or impairment to health and development
Serious harm - violent or life threatening - injury recovery difficult or impossible

A
Removal to a place of safety from public or private place - for up to 24hours
- child behaved or likely to in a way causing or risks causing significant harm to ANOTHER person
