A
  • all crews work for IC/Sector (no freelance)
  • minimum crew size is 2 or more
  • **each member has a radio
  • all crews enter hot zone with a supervisor
  • crew goes in, works, comes out together
  • entire crew exits if an SCBA/radio/ any equipment that compromises safety, fails in hot zone
