A kind of tourism that has more benefits than negative impacts, especially relating to the environment, the economy and communities. Truly sustainable tourism should make destinations better for people to live in as well as visit.

What is popular at the moment and βin fashion,β Customers will want to buy holidays/experiences that are trending, therefore, organisation will see an increase in sales if they offer products/services that are trending.
Describe features of a one star hotel.
Open 7 days, defined reception, at least 5 bedrooms with private facilities, iron and ironing board, breakfast daily and evening meals 5 times a week, bar/lounge, standard of cleanliness, positive attitude from staff.
Describe features of a two star hotel.
(All of the products/services available in star below plus) well presented menu, basic guest services and anticipation guest requirements.
Describe features of a three star hotel.
(All of the products/services available in stars below plus) access without a key from 7am to 11pm and with a key at other times, dinner served six evenings a week and snacks on the seventh, room service for drinks/snacks during evening/daytime, all bedrooms ensuite, internal phone system, Wi-Fi in public areas.
Describe features of a four star hotel.
(All of the products/services available in stars below plus) 24 hours room service with full breakfast/dinner, restaurant open to all residents and non-residents for breakfast and dinner everyday, higher staffing levels, WIFI in bedrooms, 24 hour access facilitated by on-duty staff, thermostatic showers en suite, enhanced services such as assistance, meals or lunch or afternoon tea, anticipation of individual guests needs to be evident, very good social skills.
Describe features of a five star hotel.
(All of the products/services available in stars below plus) spacious bedrooms, open all year, all dinner courses served to guests, multilingual receptionists, addition facilities e.g. business centre, enhanced services such as valet parking or escort, baths in 80% of bathrooms, immaculate presentation, staff impeccably presented.
