intentional and unintentional
what is intentional abuse?
harm that is done deliberately.
give an example of financial abuse for being intentional.
a care assistant who is helping an individual with their shopping buys items for themselves with the individuals money.

a penitent is upset and being advised by a nurse to not smoke and hits out at the nurse.

abuse that isn’t done on purpose.

a carer losing their patience with a resident who has learning disabilities and shouting at them causing them to feel embarrassed.
