- Pain
- Hypotension
- Pulsatile abdominal mass

What are two problems that a slowly expanding aortic aneurysm can cause?
A
Aortovenous or aortoenteric fistula

A
May cause clots to break apart, but if hypotensive, may cause MI. Balance the two
