Strong pulse of midline abdomen, possible aortic aneurysm

Pain when releasing hand from abdominal palpation

Stiffness o the muscles of the abdomen
Rovsing’s sign
Pain in RLQ with palpation of the LLQ indicative of appendicitis
Small bowel obstruction
SBO; acute blockage of the small intestine
