RLQ in the internal rotation of right thigh, indicative of appendicitis

rebound tenderness, guarding, or rigidity, indicative of acute abdominal inflammation
Peritonitis
inflammation of the peritoneal (abdominal cavity)
Psoas sign
RLQ pain with extension of the right thigh, indicative of appendicitis
prominent aortic pulsation
a larger than expected pulsating mass while palpating midline over the abdomen, indicates an aortic aneurysm
pulsatile mass
strong pulse of midline abdomen, possible aortic aneurysm
rebound
pain when releasing hand from abdominal palpation
rigidity
stiffness of the muscles of the abdomen
Rovsing’s sign
pain in the RLQ with palpation of the LLQ, indicative of appendicitis
small bowel obstruction
SBO; acute blockage of the small intestine
scaphoid
