Iliopsoas sign
Flex right hip against resistance - increased abdominal pain would indicate inflamed appendix
Murphy’s sign
Used to detect inflamed gallbladder
Palpate at right mid clavicular line under coastal angle and have a patient take a deep breath
Positive Murphy’s sign
Has inspiratory arrest or stops deep breath due to pain - inflamed gallbladder
Murphy’s sign would be done..

Ascites auscultation
Dullness laterally and tympani near umbilicus area (when supine)
Should get a flexible sigmoidoscopy q

Should get a colonoscopy q
