Inspection
A
Distension - bowel obstruction, organomegaly, and ascites
Umbilical cord - erythema spreading - infection - emergency
Rashes
Igniual hernia

Palapation
A
Liver - should be palpable o more than 2m below costal margin
Spleen = may be palatable at the left costal margin in healthy on fat
Kidneys - normally only palpable using deep bimnul palpation
Bladder - should not be palpable
Look for enlarged organs
