- Psychoanalyzes Watson for no reason other than to intimidate him (you miss the war scene)
- Wants to give Sherlock a case so they can do their nemesis thing
- Bringing up family past to get on sherlocks nervesMycroft bringing up the power he holds with being a part of the government - satisfying his need to show the power imbalance between him and Sherlock - arrogant

- Concerned about his brother
- Upgrading their surveillance to keep tabs
- Kidnapping Watson also plays into the need to learn about Sherlock without revealing himself to him

- In the kidnapping conversation scene the arch nemesis offers to pay Watson for information about Sherlock demonstrating his ego balancing his needs to learn about Sherlock with his superego
- Deciding whether to keep following/watching sherlock

- Can’t keep out of Sherlock’s business. Being curious about what he’s been doing, criticizing his living space being messy.

- She acts motherly towards Sherlock and Watson, trying to help them
- Says she’s the landlady and won’t do housekeeping, but does it in the end.
- Is kind towards Sherlock despite his rude nature at times.
