Wool based carpets are naturally stain resistant, so with the right regular maintenance they will continue to look fabulous for years after installation

• Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
• 5 year warranty against moth damage
• 10 year wear warranty

In the event that any warranty claims are upheld, WWL will repair, replace or provide a refund based on T&C’s

What are the T&C’s of WWL regarding manufacturing defects?

1. We warrant WWL wool abased carpet against manufacturing defects during its expected life, as long as its been properly maintained since installation. Includes cleaning every 2 years by prof carpet cleaner, who must be a member of national carpet cleaning org. See link here for details of recommended cleaning companies

What are the T&C’s of WWL regarding moth damage?

We warrant that WWL wool-based carpet has been treated against moth infestation

What are the T&C’s of WWL regarding fibre loss?

3. We warrant that WWL wool based carpet won’t lose more than 10% of its fibre (as determined by WWL) from abrasive wear within 10 years of installation

What are the T&C’s of WWL regarding replacement/repair vs refund?

Answer 6

Where WWL decides not to replace or repair the affected carpet, a refund will be offered abased pm the value of your WWL carpet (carpet values are assumed to depreciate at 10% per year on straight line basis)

The decision to refund is at WWL’s sole discretion

5. Warranties are not transferrable
   Means that WWL warranty does not pass to the next owner of the carpet, even if you sell the property
6. Warranties do not appear where carpets are installed in locations that may experience abnormal wear and tear. This includes, but is not restricted to hallways and stairs
