encoruaged better wages and working codnitions but excldued teh industrial north adn was often ignored by the south
Wagner act
made it more likely big businesses would use unionised labour, which AA often were not
social secuirty act
didnt apply to most work done by AA
segregation
still prevelant in most areas including the armed forces
