Q

What is the last step in considering a new assignment?

A

The last thing the worker should do when considering a new assignment is to negotiate the terms & conditions. This is done only when the new assignment is clearly understood by the worker and the supervisor, and when there is an agreement on what is to be accomplished. After these are discussed, the worker will be in a position to decide whether the assignment is appropriate and desirable. After the decision is made, the worker can negotiate the proper terms.
