For a twin, operation on a route which contains a point more than 60mins away from an adequate airport, at OEI cruising speed.

(4 engine is 180mins)

Adequate airport definition?

Airport with
1. Sufficient RWY length and taxi availability for aircraft type

2. Necessary services include ATC, lighting, WX report, at least one nav aid/ RNAV-RNP/ GPS APP, ARFF

ETP is a point of equal flying time between two ERA.

CP is normally the last enroute ETP.
