What is NTOFP?

A

Net Takeoff Flight Path requires minimum 35ft Takeoff Obstacle Clearance.

Reflected in RTOW, deciding factors:

  1. Aircraft weight
  2. Pressure ALT
  3. Ambient TEMP
  4. No more 50% HWC, No less 150% TWC
  5. Rwy surface condition
  6. Aircraft performance

CX MRA vs Grid MORA?

A

MRA is derived from MORA, adding 1000’ buffer.

Up to 5000’ obstacle - 1000’ (+1000’) = 2000’

5001’ and above - 2000’ (+1000’) = 3000’
