What is the method for investigating what a potential of potatoes

A
  1. Perform a serial dilution to produce concs:0.4, 0.2, 0.1, from 0.8mol/dm3
  2. Label these 4 & an additional 1 wt water
  3. Cut 5 potato chips that are 40mm no skin, Dry Them all equally and weigh them
  4. Place them in the sol and place a bung
  5. Leave them for at least one hour then take them out in the same order they were put in and dry them equally
  6. Reweigh them and record the results
  7. use start and end mass to calculate percentage change and plot a graph
