What is the method for investigating what a potential of potatoes
A
- Perform a serial dilution to produce concs:0.4, 0.2, 0.1, from 0.8mol/dm3
- Label these 4 & an additional 1 wt water
- Cut 5 potato chips that are 40mm no skin, Dry Them all equally and weigh them
- Place them in the sol and place a bung
- Leave them for at least one hour then take them out in the same order they were put in and dry them equally
- Reweigh them and record the results
- use start and end mass to calculate percentage change and plot a graph

Why is it important to dry the chips in the same way
A
So the weight of the liquid is not included in the results
To improve accuracy of results
