Describe the typical house

A

Were made of clay bricks or stones held together with mud and straw. Typically one room with a dirt floor which contained a table, a spinning wheel and a wooded bowl for measuring grain. There were no windows so an olive-oil lamp burnt all day. At the far end of the house, a cave shelters your goat and donkey

Boy - went to synagogue school when you are taught to read and write and your father teaches you his trade Girl - your mother prepares you to be a good wife. You hope to have many sons. Your parents will arrange your marriage and you may not see your husband until your weeding day
