- makes own inputs when autopilot engaged
- calls for PM to make inputs when manually flying
- any ATC clearance can be selected by PM to ensure efficiency
what do we have the HSI/ND displaying in the 737-300 an 700?
700= VOR or APP mode centred or expanded
300= VOR/ILS mode centred or expanded
who makes selections on the MCP and when?
- PF when AP engaged
