What is a disease?
Anything that causes your body to stop functioning properly.

Microscopic , unicelluar (one cell) organisms
What is pathogenic bacteria/pathogens?
Bacteria that can cause diseases.
What are infectious diseases?
Diseases that can be easily spread
What does it mean for something to be contagious?
Something that is very easily spreadable used to describe a disease
What is a quarantine?
A form of isolation to prevent the further spreading of a infectious disease.
What are antibiotics?
Substances that kill or prevent the growth of bacteria.

The system in your body that fights infections
