clean, visually inspect, and repair/replace damaged areas with clean asphalt fill
how much asphalt fill did we include in our proposal?
(1) 5 gallon bucket of asphalt filler for each of the annular plate replacement sections

the root and final pass of all the lap welded patch plates shall be visually examined, vacuum box tested, and either MT or PT
An existing floating roof anti-rotation cable is located at one of the new lap-welded patch plate locations. what will we do with this anti-rotation cable and what do we assume of it?
anti-rotation cable will be removed and reinstalled on the newly installed patch plate. We assume that this item is currently in serviceable condition.
what are we to do with the existing primary seal vapor barrier fabric?
remove and replace it and its associated hardware
regarding the primary seal, what will we be re-using?
the existing channel for the riser, the hanger assembly, and the primary shoe
