Someone identifies I need for a change and submits a change request. The change request should include a detailed description of the proposed change.

If the change request passes, the initial evaluation stage, the next stage is a detailed evaluation stage.
The change control team conducts a more thorough analysis of the proposed change team may gather additional information, form of risk assessment, and evaluate the impact of the change on the project and stakeholders.
Recommendation.
After the detailed evaluation stage the change control team makes a recommendation to approve or reject a change request.
Recommendation should include an an explanation of the analysis and rationale behind the decision.
Recommendations typically presented by change, control, board, or other decision-makers for approval.
