What are the effects of a subdural hematoma?
A subdural hematoma can cause neurological complications such as headache confusion
What is an epidural hematoma?
An epidural hematoma is bleeding between the dura mater and the skull usually caused by a blow or traumatic event.
What are the consequences of an epidural hematoma?
An epidural hematoma may cause a sudden rise in intracranial pressure and potentially fatal symptoms.
What causes cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks?
CSF leaks can occur due to trauma or a tear in the arachnoid mater or pia mater.
What are the symptoms of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks?
CSF leaks may present with headaches changes in intracranial pressure
