What was Diocletian most significant reform
Dividing the empire into the greek speaking east (Greece, Anatolia, Syrian, and Egypt) and the latin speaking west (Italy, Gaul, Britain, and Spain). He took the eastern half and appointed another ruler for the western half.
The east was more developed.
