Sirloin and Crab Cake Dinner
6 oz USDA choice sirloin paired with a broiled Maryland style crab cake. May upgrade to a 6 oz filet for an additional charge of $6.
BBQ Glazed Pork Chop
Seasoned and lightly caramelized with balsamic demi-glace to finish.
