Tender crispy wild shrimp, tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce served over a bed of crisp lettuce.

Sautéed shrimp in a lime tomato garlic sauce with Kalamata olives and topped with feta cheese.
Calamari
Tender calamari, julienned red peppers, lightly breaded, fried and served on a bed of Bibb lettuce and topped with pepperoncini peppers with a side of Asian Bang sauce.
Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers
Six pan-seared Wagyu, American style Kobe beef, dumplings prepared with the aromatics of fresh ginger, garlic, green onions and cilantro topped with crispy onions and Thai peppers, accompanied with soy sauce.
Ahi Tuna Sashimi
Ahi Tuna lightly coated with black and white sesame seeds, then seared rare, thinly sliced and served with soy sauce, wasabi, sriracha and pickled ginger. Topped with sashimi sauce, made from soy sauce, wasabi powder, lemon juice and chopped garlic. Regular size: 6-7 pieces Large size: 11-12 pieces
Mussels Josephine
4 cups Prince Edwards Island Mussels, sautéed with diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, red onions, and a lemon white wine sauce. Suggest fresh bread and pesto.

Six wild gulf shrimp coated with tempura batter and coconut, then fried and topped with sweet and spicy sauce, and fresh basil.
Maryland Crab Cakes
Two thick broiled Maryland Crab Cakes filled with lump blue crab meat and diced onion purée, dusted with panko bread crumbs and served with a red remoulade sauce. Unique twist on a traditional combination of Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, a variety of herbs with the addition of Thai sweet hot sauce and sriracha sauce.
