What was Mao’s position in the PRC?
A
He was the Chairman the equivalent of a president but he wasn’t involved in the day to day running’s.

What was democratic censorship?
A
It was the system of which the CCP operated, it allowed discussion and debate whilst a policies was being decided but when it was made there could be no debate.

A
There was a 30% party cadre membership increase.
