House of reps: the sole power of impeachment
Senate: sole power to try all impeachments
Legislative procedures
The president can veto or sign a bill. If a bill is vetoed by the president then the congress can override by a 2/3 vote
Powers of congress
Tax, borrow money, declare war, coin money, copyrights and patents
Qualifications for the president
35 years old, natural citizen, resident for 14 years
Requirements for federal judges
They are appointed by the president then approved by the state
