then why do I kick and scream every time He answers my prayers?

Whatever happened in the past does not matter.
The Three Persons do not even rmember it.
What matters is just this moment we are in right now.

What is the good that I can do NOW?

Moment by moment, let Him guide me and form me.

"Be brave and steadfast;
have no fear or dread of anything,
for it is The Lord your God who marches with you.
He will never fail you or forsake you."
Deut 31:6

Only the humble can accept this.

Whoever becomes humble like this little child

is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

What must grow is absolute, total confidence in my Father working always.

Ask for this grace of truly listening.
