young adults perspective of health is often shaped by social media and other influences outside the home or school. Mostly focusing on physical health. like body image - people who are happy with their body image are likely to persive themselves as healthy. young adults often veiw the absence of drugs and harmful practices improtant to maintaing health and welbeing.They also put importance on social and metal welbeing.
how does middle adulthood (40- 65) experience the 5 dimensions?
older adults prioritise absence of illness and disease over physical appearance as the risk of illness increases. As well as maintaining optimal health and welbeing. They especially value the balance between the 5 dimensions.
how does late aduthood (65- death) experience the 5 dimentions?
the large focus for the elderly is the ability to live independently without assistance (physical health and welbeing and mobility) the lack of mobilty can lead to difficulty in social connections.elderly often prioritise spiritual webeing as greater importance than youth.
