Idea that culture is simply who you identify with, it could be based on loads of different factors (age, race, sexuality etc.)

Why is it idiotic to base someones healthcare/expectations of healthcare on their cultural identity?

They can fit in to so many groups, it is impossible to decide which.

Why is diversity important to health care delivery?

• Increasing diversity of populations (emigration, immigration etc.)
• Huge disparities in care accessed
• Legislative frameworks (i.e. you have to)
