Urinary tract infections causes?
A
Causes:
- usually secondary to predisposing factors
- Abnorm Micturition or urine properties( USG, Glucose) anatomical and mucosal defects
- bacteria( e coli, staphylococcus, proteus klebsiella) fungal and viruses

Uti Clinical signs?
A
- Bladder(cystitis)
- Pollakuria, dysuria, haematuria, stranguria, incontinence
- not systemically affected
- Kidneys(pyelonephritis)
- Fever, lumbar painm anorexia, vomiting PU/PD
- ill
- Prostate
- urethral discharge, dysuria & dyschezia, painful & enlarge prostate on rectal palpation
