b) clearly marked RADIOACTIVE
c) has clearly stamped - name, quantity Bq, date of measurement, form of material & max permissible activity
d) transported by vehicle that displays on each side & on each end a placard for substances
** 10mSv/hr at external surface, 2mSv/hr surface of conveyance, 0.1mSv @ 2m distance**

Every licensee who becomes aware of a situation shall file a full report with the commission within 21 days
a) The date, time and location of becoming aware of the situation
b) Description of the situation and the circumstances
c) The probable cause of the situation
d) The effects on the environment, the health and safety of persons and the maintenance of the security that have resulted from situation
e) Effective dose and equivalent dose of radiation received by any person as a result of the situation
f) Actions at the licensee has taken or proposes to take with respect to the situation
