What do you write for regulation?

A

-All legal executives are members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) which provides education, training and development of skills. A code of conduct is published to guide good practise but does not regulate the profession
-CILEx regulation board is the independent regulator and investigates complaints, the professional Conduct Panel will decide if there has been misconduct and can either reject the complaint, give a warning or reprimand, or refer to a Disciplinary Tribunal for really serious matters
